Who is Wealthy?

What do you think that who is wealthy? where do they live? One study conducted in USA, showed that the people who lived in expensive homes and drive luxury cars do not actually have much wealth. The study says that, many people who are actually wealthy do not even live in upscale neighborhoods.

Unfortunately most of the people in this world believe that, people who live in expensive homes and drive expensive cars are wealthy. but according to the study, these people are upper middle class people only. In reality, they are not wealthy at all.

This phenomena is true everywhere in this world means people who live in expensive homes and drive expensive cars are not wealthy. And in reality, the people who are really wealthy do not live in the upper class neighborhood even.

Those people are wealthy in the true sense who own more Assets. Those people are not wealthy who have expensive cars and homes. Asset can be anything. It can be a successful Business, Stocks, Bonds, Gold, Real Estate, Portfolio, Securities or anything else. But True Wealthy are those who own more Assets.

Typically a wealthy person has acquired assets over the period of long time horizon and that’s why he/she is wealthy today. Because the Assets are something which appreciates in its value over the time. While Liabilities are something (Such as Car) which will depreciate in its value over the time.

So if you want to be a true wealthy than acquire more Assets in your life. Spend your time and money behind acquiring more and more Assets. This is how Rich thinks….!!!!!
