Wealth is not the same as your Income. Many people have a false belief that, the more they will earn, the more they will become wealthy. But well, This is not true. Wealth is not the same as that of your income.
If you or somebody else earn more that doesn’t mean that you are going to be more wealthy. Unfortunately most of the people in this world believe that, more they earn, more they will become wealthy. More their Income goes high, the more they will become wealthy.
But If you earn high and spend all of that money, you can’t be wealthy. Wealth is not what you spend but its what you accumulate. Many people in this world are earning a lot, live in expensive homes and drive luxurious cars but still they are living paycheck to paycheck and not wealthy.
Because every month they earn a lot from their profession or job but they spend all of those money. They never accumulate that money and that’s why they are not wealthy in the true sense. Their life style looks like rich & wealthy but in reality they are living paycheck to paycheck only.
While wealthy people are those, who acquire assets out of their Income every month. They acquire Stocks, Bonds, Gold, Real Estate. Businesses, Art or any other Asset class from their money. The more they earn, the more assets they acquire out of their money and thus they become richer than ever.
Remember, True wealthy are those who own more Assets. If you want to be wealthy than you MUST have to acquire more assets in your life. Because the Assets are the only things which can appreciates in its value over the time and make you more wealthy over the time.
Take the Example of this Blog. This Blog is my Internet Business/Asset. Each time when I post new information rich content on this blog, the value of this blog goes little bit high. I have started blogging since March 2008 and today the Valuation of this Blog is US $ 10,000 (Rs. 5 Lacs). I have focused my time and efforts behind developing an Asset (This Blog) and that’s why I am on the path of becoming wealthy today….!!!!
