Kolhapur Real Estate Prices

I am studying in Kolhapur D.Y.Patil Hospital & Research Institute, Kadamwadi, Maharashtra since last more than a year. Kolhapur is a very descent place with rainy and pleasant atmosphere. Goa is only 250 km away from Kolhapur.

But I really surprised by Kolhapur Real Estate Prices. The Real Estate of Kolhapur is very cheap in comparison to Mumbai & Pune. In Pune, you will get 2BHK apartment for Rs.30 Lakhs while in Kolhapur you will get the same apartment for just Rs.10 Lakhs in a good locality.

There are several areas in Kolhapur which are Investment worthy. Such as Kadamwadi, Tarabai Park…etc… According to me the Real Estate of Kolhapur is undervalued. It should be more than double right now than its current price.

So I think that, if somebody want to invest in Real Estate of Kolhapur than this is the right time to invest in Kolhapur. You will never see such a low Property prices in the future.

Within next 5 years, the property prices will touch the sky. I have also heard that, Kolhapur is going to be the next IT Hub like Pune within next few years. I have also heard that Foreign IT Companies are buying huge real estates for their IT Parks in Kolhapur.

So I think this is the right time to Invest.
