Azim Premji is a Frugal Billionaire. He is India’s second richest person after Mukesh Ambani (The Chairman of Reliance Industries) having a net worth of US $ 17.5 Billion making him India’s second richest person.

He is the chairman of Wipro Technologies, world’s Top 100 Technology company in which he owns 74% of stake. Many people think that he is a billionaire so he must be living a lavish lifestyle.

But well, This is not a truth. The truth is that, Azim Premji lives a frugal lifestyle. He does not have any high expense hobbies.

He drives his own car – Touota Corolla which costs around Rs.12-16 Lakhs and in comparison to his wealth, this expense is nothing. Being India’s second richest person, he drives a car that costs just Rs.15-16 lakhs.

He also prefers to travel in economy class during his air travel.

And not only this but prefers to stay in his company’s guest houses during his business travel rather than in luxurious hotels. He served food on paper plates on his son’s wedding ceremony lunch.

This is really a cool thing. He is a person having a simple living but high thinking. All of us should learn his frugal lifestyle from him.
