OFF TOPIC:Go Bald Campaign

A total of 33 individuals comprising both lecturers and students from
various countries volunteered to go bald for cancer in aid of the Home of
Hope at the National Cancer Society of Malaysia (NCSM). The fundraising
campaign was carried out by students enrolled in the Corporate Social
Responsibility module at the School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary
Arts (SHTCA) at KDU University College, Damansara Jaya campus.

The event ended with Dr. Wani, who represented NCSM at the event,
receiving a mock cheque for the amount of RM 41,287. Sponsors for the
campaign include Chezz Hair Academy, Estee Lauder, Global Repro Printers,
Mano's Depiction Photography and Thiaga 90 Studio among others.
The most touched memory during the campaign when the girls are willing to bald their head for the campaign.Salute!
