Palermo defender Matias Silvestre has signed for Serie A rivals Inter Milan in a deal worth an estimated €8million.
The Argentinian is reported to have signed a two-year loan deal worth €2million with an option to buy fixed at €6million, according to the Italian press.
He becomes Inter's third recruit for the new season after Argentina striker Rodrigo Palacio and Slovenia goalkeeper Samir Handanovic.
