Well, In the book I have explained in the detail that Why asset is more valuable than money? This is because money is something which is no longer backed by any Gold (After 1971). And that’s why today the central banks and governments from all around the world are printing more and more money. Let me explain you this by giving one simple example.

Think that, there is one island in the world. And on that island there are few people and 5 cons of gold and nothing else. And also there are just $ 5 on the island among these few people for the transaction.

So how much one gold coin be worth? Well, $ 1 right?

Ok. Now after some time the island people print more $ 5 and push it into the economy. So now there are 10 dollars on the island and 5 gold coins.

So now how much one gold coin be worth?

$ 2 per coin right? And people think that the price of that gold coin goes high. But well, in reality, it is the price of the printed money which is going down.

This is because the more money printed and pushed into the economy dilutes the purchasing power of the existing money in the circulation. But the goods and services (Economic productivity) remains the same.

So every time when any government prints more money, the price of goods and services goes up. And this is also known as inflation and when this becomes uncontrolled, it is known as hyperinflation.

Today the US Government has printed literally US $ 1.2 Trillion out of thin air and pushed it into the circulation in 2007 and this newly printed money is still in the bank reserves. But when it will enter into the circulation, it will cause hyperinflation and mass financial destruction.
