The Group's principal activity is to manufacture and market yarn. It provides various types of cotton yarns, such as knitting, special purpose, weaving, slub, double, industrial, multifold, and yarn for toweling. The Group operates in three segments namely Textile, Garments and Construction. It markets its products under the brand name OZARIO.

R. M. Mohite Textiles Ltd. is a Spinning Unit manufacturing and exporting 100% cotton yarn of the count range between 20s and 100s. Initially it’s started with installation 14112 spindles in 1995. We went in for expansion by setting additional 12896 spindles, with the required back process machinery, making total installed capacity of 35216 spindles in the month of Oct. 1998. 

R M Mohite is Kolhapur’s one of the wealthiest person. And his Bungalow is in Tarabai Park area of Kolhapur area which is very much near from my College, D.Y.Patil Hospital & Research Institute. His House’s name is “Mohite House” which is really one of the luxurious house in Kolhapur.

He made his fortune in a single generation only from the Textile Industry Business. R M Mohite is a story of Small city – Big Business. Everyone of us should take the lesson from him…!!!
