Should I pay For the Car Park to the Builder?

Home Buyers are unaware of various property laws and that’s why the builders charge a handsome amount for the car park from the buyer. And the buyers also pay fat amount to the builder happily for the car parking thinking that they have bought a car parking.

According to the rules, Builders cannot charge for a parking slot for customers owning more than 861 Sq ft area (In case of Maharashtra MOFA 1963). Other states also have similar legislations. Similarly, developers cannot charge for an open parking plot.

So whenever you are going to buy more than 863 Sq ft of residential property, don’t pay more for car parking to the builder.
