Saving is for Losers

Saving is For Losers: Saving Money is Worthless

Do You know that a Century old Financial Advise - “Save Money” is no longer effective to ensure any kind of Financial Success? In fact, today if you follow this Financial advise, than surely you will meet with the financial disaster.

Yes, This is True. Saving is for Losers. Saving Money is Worthless now.

I know that, you will be shocked by my this statement. This is because on a Personal Finance Blog like this, you can never imagine that, someone will give you such kind of advise. Someone will advise you on the Personal Finance Blog to not to save money because it’s worthless. I am sure that, It’s shocking for you.

But I have a logical reason to say this.

Do You really want to know the reason? Than read further. But first of all, see the following shocking chart of US Monetary Base.

In Layman’s Language, Monetary base means the Money in the circulation. See the above char of US Monetary Base. Up to August 2008, US Government has printed and pushed US $ 871 Billion in the economy. Up to 2008 means in the past 100 years….

But suddenly, in the August 2008, The US Government has increased it’s monetary base to $ 1.5 Trillion in just 3 months (August 2008-November 2008). It means that US government has literally printed another $ 629 Billions out of thin air and pushed it into the world economy.

And that’s why this newly printed money has diluted the purchasing power of the existing dollars in the economy. And that’s why Saving money is a loser’s game. Because when the Central Banks and governments from all around the world are printing money, saving money is a Fool’s Plan.

So Modern Advise is,

Don’t Save Money…But Save Commodities (Gold, Silver & Oil)

Don’t Only Save Money But Save & Invest Money

If you have a spare money on hand, don’t save it. But buy some asset out of it. This is because the asset will appreciate in it’s price but the money won’t. The purchasing power of the money will be eroded over the time. But the Asset will always appreciate and make you richer…!!!
