There are basically 2 ways by which you can make money online.

01) Cashflow Method &

02) Valuations or Capital Gains Method

In the first method, you work hard for few years to develop a successful Internet Business. You work hard on your Internet Business so that it starts throwing 1 crore of Income every year or so. This is the cashflow method in which you work hard on any asset to grow its cashflow to a 1 crore level. The advantage of Cashflow method is that, once you achieve that level of cashflow, it will keep flowing into your bank accounts for the rest of your life weather you work or not?

Another method is the Valuation or Capital Gains method. In this method, you work hard on the Internet Business to grow it’s valuation. In other words, you don’t have to work hard to grow it’s cashflow to 1 crore level. You can sell that whole Internet Business after few years for a crore once its valuation becomes 1 crore.

But of course, this is single shot income. Once you receive your 1 crore, you will loose control over your valuable asset. Valuation method is easy method than the Cashflow method but the long term rewards are high in the cashflow method. Cashflow method is the life time source of Income.
