In this article, I have mentioned the biography of 8 famous Real Estate Billionaires in this world. There is one similarity in all of them and that is they have started very early when the prices of real estate were not sky high.
Almost all of them still own properties that they have acquired decades ago. And if they have sold it than they have flip it for the higher properties. This is to avoid taxes.
Another great characteristic I have found in the real estate billionaires is that almost all the real estate billionaires own a publically listed business. All the Billionaires are mainly in the business of rental properties. They are not the Real Estate Developers. But they are in the business of rental properties.
They acquire real estate to keep and that’s why over the time they become Billionaires. While most of the real estate developers acquire real estate properties to sell. This is the main difference. Over the time, these real estate billionaires have acquired literally millions of square feet of real estate in many cities.
And today the valuations of their real estate is worth of billions and that’s why they are billionaires.
