Many times, the builder is not creditworthy for the Banks and Financial Institutions and that’s why the Banks don’t lend him money. And that’s why builder offers you the discount on property as high as 25% to those customers who put up the cash.

Now, This is a bad choice for customer. Don’t be so greedy for 25% Discount on the property. This is because there are several projects in India that have never completed because of the financial crisis of the builders.

I know several people who gone for this option hoping that they will get 25% discount on the property. And they have put the cash in front of the builders and still today after more than a decade, these schemes are un-completed….!!!!

So Don’t Go For This Option…!!!
