Why Rich people drive Poor Cars & Poor people drive Rich Cars?

According to the study, when it comes to Car, Rich people are more savvy than poor people. Rich people are more spend thrifty while choosing a car but poor and middle class not. Most of the people in this world believe that, Rich people drive luxurious expensive cars while poor and middle class people drive small cars.

But in reality, it’s not true. The Sad truth is that, Rich people never spend more than 1% of their total wealth behind buying a car. And on the top of this, They never Lease a Car. They never borrow money to buy a car. Than why are we seeing so many luxurious cars in every city in our world? Who buys those luxurious cars?

Well, The Upper Middle Class people buy those luxurious cars. In fact, they are the target market for the luxurious car making companies. These people need to buy these luxurious cars because they need to show to other people that they are high income producing people. They want to look cool and rich and that’s why they buy those luxurious cars.

But true rich people have a real wealth and they know  the fact that, a newly bought car will loose more than 60% of its value within first 4 years you buy it. And that’s why they never spend more money behind something which depreciates at so much fast rate.

Usually Middle class people are consumers. They consume all of these luxurious cars. Actually Middle class people have a mentality that, they need to show everyone else that they are earning high. But in reality, they are the High Income/Low Wealth Accumulator people.

While rich people are those who are Low Income/High Wealth accumulator people. Rich people earn less. I mean their realized annual income is very less to avoid taxes. They mainly earn in Capital Gains & in Businesses.
