Are you an average accumulator of a wealth, under accumulator of a wealth or above average accumulator of the wealth?
How to know that, you are at least an average accumulator of a wealth or a spender only who spends lots of money behind high status life style only?
Well, this depends on your age & income group’s average wealth level. Here is the formula of counting average wealth of your age & income group.
“Multiply your age times your realized pretax annual household income from all sources and divide it by ten. This is what your net worth should be.”
You can easily count the average net worth of your age and income group and compare it with your current wealth (Net Worth).
Let me give you the example of my self,
My age is 26 years and in India, in my age group the average income of a Graduate degree holder is Rs.20,000 per month (Well, some are earning much more than this but I am talking about average). So my age & income group’s average net worth should be Rs.6,24,000….right?
Now, What is my Net Worth? Well, in my Net worth, the most of the portion is of this Blog. My majority of Net Worth is because of the valuation of this Blog. Yes, This Blog is my Asset because it’s a business and it generates Income for me. So according to the yearly income of this blog, the rough valuation of “My Journey To Billionaire Club” is US $ 15,000. And that is Rs. 7,50,000.
So I am Wealthy….!!!!
But wait… People who really wealthy have net worth of at least more than 4 times their age & income group’s wealth. So I can be really really wealthy if my Net worth will be more than Rs.25 Lakhs.
Now, count your net worth and tell me that, are you wealthy or not?….
Some of you may have negative net worth because you may have taken huge educational loans, car loans and credit card debts.
