My Net Wroth Doubled in Last 70 Days -

On 25th January 2009, I had posted an Article,

My Web Property’s (This Blog) Valuation has increased 20% in just last 20 Days only……!!!!!!

According to That Article, The Net Worth of My Blog was increased to US $ 3387. So on 25th January 2009, The Valuation of My Blog was US $ 3387 (Rs.1,70,000).

Today is 5th April 2009. Means Exactly 70 Days (2 Months & 10 Days) has been passed. & in Last 70 Days, the Valuation of my Web Property has doubled to US $ 6774 (Rs.3,40,000).

And that is 100% Capital Gain in 70 Days only.

Can you believe that?…… A 100% Profit in 70 Days only?……….

This is the advantage of the Information age & owning the Web Property.

Just 1 year before (March 2008), when I had started this Blog, I did not had any Asset in my portfolio. But only after 1 year, Today I have an Asset in my portfolio, This Blog (My Journey To Billionaire Club).

The Best part about owning “MY Journey To Billionaire Club” is that, it is appreciating at faster rate even during the time of Recession.

My Stock Portfolio has given – 50% (Negative) return in the Last year. While this Web property has appreciated in its value by 100% in last 70 Days only…….

Isn’t it Miracle?……..

But Here, Let me tell you that, This Profit is a “Capital Gain” so it’s ‘On Paper’ only until I partially or fully sell this property.

Basically there are 2 types of profits any Asset can give you. One is Cashflow & other is Capital Gain. This Web property is giving me both types of profit. Last month it had given me US $ 14.34 Cashflow. And in last 70 days only, it had given me the Capital Gain (On paper) of 100%.

The main Limitation of Capital Gain is that, it remains ‘On Paper’ for most of the time of your life means until you cash out (Sell) it, it remains On Paper only……

It’s Like Billionaires’ Net Worth……. It remains On Paper only for most of the time of their life until you Cash out it…..!!!!!!
