Many people buy various type of debt products such as Credit Cards, Car Loans, Personal Loans, Travel Loans, Consumer EMIs, Shopping EMIs and many more… The more they earn, the more they take a debt. Most of the Middle class people live on the single formula, Buy Today & Pay Tomorrow.

Every time people get a pay rise at their job places, they become qualified for a new loan only. Now the pay scale has rise so the will take more debt to by cars, shoppings, Electronics…etc…And one day they when they wake up in the morning, they find themselves into a deep debt up to their eye balls and from that day they can’t stop working. Once you caught into a Debt Trap, you can’t stop working for rest of your life or until you die.

Step:1 Stop Borrowing More Money -

The first step of getting out of debt is, stop borrowing more money. Cut down all of your credit cards and decide that I will never borrow money again.

Step:2 Build an Emergency Fund -

Build a sufficient emergency fund. An Emergency fund is 3-6 months of monthly expense.

Step:3 Apply the Debt Snow Ball Method to get out of debt -

According to Dave Ramsey, You should apply Debt snowball method to get out of debt. It means that you should first pay low balance debts first and once you pay your low balance debt, divert that cashflow towards paying other high balance debts. In this way, you will feel better.

Step:4 Do Over time at your Job place -

If you want to get out of debt than you should increase your income by doing an over time at your job place or by doing another part time job. Of course, you will have to compromise with your weekends, movies and long-drives but its worth. Once you get out of debt, you can enjoy all of these luxuries.

Step:5 Start a Side Business -

Starting a Side Business is the best thing. I am not saying that, you should start a side business to earn few more bugs. Because it takes a time to develop Business. But I am saying it because developing a Business is worth in the long run. Business is your Asset which can provide you cash flow forever once it grows sufficiently.

So act now to get out of the Debt Trap.

Get Out of Debt- Save Your Credit and Your Life

Get Out of Debt- Save Your Credit and Your Life

I read online awhile back in two different stories about men who actually killed their families or themselves because of the economy. What kind of world do we live in where money is so important that it drives people to commit suicide, or worse, kill their own family because they think that they will be better off? These were extreme cases, of course, but they show the true length that things can go to when it comes to getting out of debt and being financially secure. Don’t put yourself in a financial situation like this, and if you are already in this situation, don’t give up.

There are plenty of things you can do to get out of debt. If you are unemployed, it might prove to be more challenging, but it can still be done. If you’ve got income, but just have too much debt, then you’ve got plenty of options. The worst thing that you can do is nothing. You need to get proactive and take control of your financial life. It might seem like an insurmountable task, but I know that you can do it if you take the time to try. Call your creditors. Figure out what you can do. Even if they offer you payments that you can’t afford, or if you can’t face calling them at all, start sending them money. Anything is better than nothing. Send them $10 a month if you have to, even if they want $100. They won’t send it back, and your account will be getting paid on.

You might think that this isn’t going to do anything, but it does help. Anything that you do will be better than not paying at all. Take a minute to take inventory on your life. What do you have or spend money on that you don’t need? Coffee shops, fancy cell phones, eating out, expensive cars, all of these things can be done without. If you have a home phone and a cell phone, and don’t need both, get rid of one. If you eat out a lot, stop. Spend the money that you save on paying off debts. If you bought a car that you can barely afford, trade down for something practical and affordable.

These are all sacrifices that you will have to make if you want to get back on track. They will be well worth it in the end though. It’s time to take back your life, so get out there and take control of your financial situation today!

Debt Help- No Help for Those Who Cannot Help Themselves

Debt Help- No Help for Those Who Cannot Help Themselves

In today’s economy, everyone is looking for debt help it seems. People who were living the American dream are now getting evicted from their homes, and those who had everything going for them are being reduced to waiting in the unemployment lines with people they would never have associated with otherwise. Getting debt help starts with helping yourself. I can tell you that no company is going to come to you and say ‘hey, let’s fix this’ unless you’re willing to go to them and say ‘I need help.’

There is no shame in getting into too much debt. It’s not the ideal situation by any means, but it isn’t the end of the world. Too many people are too proud to ask for help. This might work for some aspects of your life, but when it comes to debt help, you NEED to speak up. There are plenty of ways to get the help you need, but you have to be willing to ask. To start with, if you have means to pay your debts, call your creditors. Find out what it would take to set up payments and get things back on track. They don’t want the hassle of sending your account to collections, and will often be willing to work with you to get their money.

If you don’t want to call them or if they’ve given you payment options that you can’t afford, go over their head. I don’t mean to talk to supervisors or anything, but send them payments anyway. If you can only afford $20 a month and they tell you that you need to pay more than that, don’t waste your time or your breath negotiating. Just politely thank them for their time and hang up the phone. Then, send them whatever you can. They’re not going to send it back, and it shows proof that you’re trying to pay your bills so they can’t take further action against you.

There’s a great rumor out there that you can be debt free if you can get a company to deny your payments. If you call a credit card company and they refuse to make arrangements with you, you should talk to a supervisor. In most cases, they will give you options. By giving you options, they aren’t refusing your payments. Therefore, this idea is largely unrealistic. Just take the time to take control of your life, and take responsibility for your financial situation.

Consolidate Debts- Debt Consolidation Companies Exposed

Consolidate Debts- Debt Consolidation Companies Exposed

So you want to consolidate your debts. You’re looking for information on which companies to work with, how to go about it, and what debt consolidation can do for you. Fortunately, I’ve got a lot of information that can help you out. Let me start by saying that debt consolidation companies should be a LAST ATTEMPT to pay off debts. Paying off your own accounts, even if it takes three times longer, looks better on your credit report than a consolidation loan or a status of ‘account charged off to consolidation company’. That little phrase on your credit report screams “this person cannot handle money. Don’t give them credit”.

However, if you pay off your own debts and do your part to consolidate debts without help, you will appear more responsible to creditors. I know it seems odd that you’d be responsible at all after having bad debts and needing credit help, but they take into account how you handled the situation. Not only are debt consolidations like a bad word on your credit report, but they are also expensive. Sure, they might save you some money with balance reductions, but then they’ll add their fees in and you’ll end up paying more than you should.

If you call your creditors, you’ll get the same results to consolidate debts or set up payments as a debt consolidation company would. You just won’t be paying the extra fees for their services. If you have excessive debt or don’t have time to deal with the situation, you might only be left to work with a consolidation company. If you have to work with a consolidation company, it certainly isn’t the end of the world. It’s not the desired outcome to the situation, but it will be okay. It will just take you a little longer to rebuild your credit than if you had taken care of your own debts.

Which situation works best for you is not for me to say. You just need to take the information and figure out what works best on your own. The same situation won’t work for any two people. If you take the time to check out your options and see what you can do to consolidate your debts, you’ll be much better off than if you do nothing. I can’t stress this enough. So many people get stressed and confused about their debt and do nothing, but that’s the WORST thing that you can do. Be proactive and do something to save yourself from debt right now.
