US Economy: Inflation or Unemployment?

The US Citizens will now have to choose between the two things – Inflation or Unemployment.

Well, Yes. Even after several stimulus and bailouts (Sophisticated words used to describe money printing activity of the US Government), the unemployment rate in the United States is still high.

Since 2008, The US Government has printed literally US $ 1.7 Trillion out of thin air and pushed it into the economy and still this much amount of money failed to solve the problem of unemployment and take the US economy out of recession.

And that’s why the US Government is going to print more money out of thin air (Almost US $ 500 Billions more) by the end of 2010.

Now, the only problem with printing such a huge amount of money is that, it will cause hyperinflation and shoot up the prices of goods and services of all the things available in USA.

By printing more money, the US Government is actually weakening the US Dollar. Of course,the rich people who own businesses and investments won’t have any trouble. In fact, they will grow richer.

But the problem will be to employees/Individuals who work hard at their job places to earn those monthly paychecks.

The US Middle class citizens will have to choose between the two – Inflation or Unemployment.

If they want to increase the employment rate than they will have to suffer from higher inflation. And if they don’t want high inflation than they will have to loose their jobs.

But well, such kind of economic situations don’t affect the rich people. Because they know that how to play the game of modern money with the new rules of money?
