Building Cashflow With Real Estate

Building Cashflow With Real Estate

Most of the people invest in the real estate for Capital Gains only. I know several of my friends whose parents buy real estate for capital gains. They acquire a piece of real estate and hold it for decades for their children. Now, there is nothing wrong in that because after all the longer you hold your real estate piece, the compound interest will work more in favour of you to make you rich.

But The only thing I don’t like about Investing for Capital Gains is that you can’t enjoy your life because the real estate that you hold for decades without having any Income (Cashflow) is like “Living Poor but Dying Rich”.

Rich people Invest for Cashflow and Capital Gains both. I mean what they do is, they generate cashflow from their assets and enjoy that cashflow or re-invest that cashflow to acquire other assets.

So How to Build a Cashflow with Real Estate?

Well, It’s Simple. Buy Rental Properties (Residential or Commercial).

Instead of buying open real estate plots, go for Residential and Commercial properties and put them on rent. This is how you can build a steady and growing cashflow with the real estate. Rich people always invest for the cashflow and that’s why they can afford the luxurious life style while middle class invest for Capital Gains only (Buy, Hold & Pray Strategy) and that’s why they struggle financially.
