Let me today discuss you one story. A story of Mr.Sharma. Mr. Sharma is the owner of a small business. What his neighbors think when he occasionally comes home in his 3 years old Second hand car? And that car remains in his parking until he leaves the next morning.

What do you think that, his neighbours are thinking about him?

Well, they are thinking that, Mr.Sharma is a low status person. This is because he drives a second hand car and does not spend much behind high status life style. Most of the people in this world think that, If you don’t look rich, you are not rich. But well, this is not true.

Now, What his neighbours don’t know about him?

- Well, Mr.Sharma’s neighbours don’t know that, He is Financially Free. Even if he stops working today, he has accumulated enough wealth that he can live without working for the rest of his life on his wealth.

- Mr.Sharma married at once and never divorces

- He is not in Debt. Yup… He is Debt Free. Because he has never borrowed money.

- He is employing several dozen people in his Business.

- There is no outstanding Home Mortgage on his home.

- He is fully funding his children’s Educational expenses without taking any educational loans.

- If today he sells his Business, not only he but his children can also live even without working for the rest of their lives.

Thus, the benefits of MR.Sharma are more intangible. You can not see these benefits but these are the benefits which indicates financially free and wealthy state. But to see these benefits, you need Financial IQ.

Moral -

The Moral of this story is that, You can not and should not judge anyone’s Financial well being and wealthy state by his Car, watches, clothes, Food & Beverages Choices.

Wealthy status and Financial Freedom is dependant on how much Assets you own and not on the how much luxurious items you own…!!!!
