Names, Logos, Slogans, Domain Names & Other designs are the Intellectual properties in its purest form. And you should protect it from copyrighting.

All the Businesses MUST have a registered trademark, At least, the Business or main Brand Name should be registered.

This is the only way to stop others from copying names, logos, slogans and other things. Only Business name registration does not work.

Many people have a false belief that, registering a Business name only will protect their brand name but well, this is not true.
