Do Rich People Need Car Insurance?

One of my friend asked me the above question. His thinking was that, “I was just wondering..if they have so much money....do they really need insurance?”

Well, the answer is – Of course Yes.

Rich people definitely buy a Car Insurance. And there are several reasons to do that. The commonest reason is to cover the third party damage and sue. Suppose if rich do a car accident and opposite party come to know that, this person is a rich than they will definitely going to sue. And during this time, rich needs an Insurance to protect his Assets and wealth from the sue.

In fact, rich people buy large sum of Car Insurance. Because they know that if somebody sues, the Insurance company will pay all the compensation and their assets will be protected. Insurance is the Best Asset protection mechanism. And that’s why rich buy it.

In other words, Rich get more richer by buying a Car Insurance. Because the Car Insurance protect their wealth and assets from the sue and legal decisions that rule against them. Almost every rich in this world has bought a Car Insurance because they are smart.
