One of the great characteristic of true wealthy people is, They Live below their means. Means they spend less than they earn. You now think that, “Live Below your means, Spend less than you earn” – What a Simple thing it is….. Right?

But well, this simple thing is very difficult to implement in real life. And if some how you manage to implement this simple thing in your life, you can be extremely rich and wealthy. Typically Rich & wealthy people spend less than they earn and diver rest of money towards acquiring assets which appreciate in its value over the time.

While most of the people struggle financially whole of their lives and live paycheck to paycheck and die leaving behind hundreds of thousands of debt. Typically what middle class people all around this world do? Well, they spend more than they earn. You will now think that how anyone can spend more than they earn?

Well, by taking a debt. By using credit cards, taking car loans, personal loans and consumer loans. There is a wide spread mentality in the middle class - “Buy Today & Pay Tomorrow”. And because of this mentality, they spend more than they earn and thus every month the major portion of their paycheck goes towards paying those Debt Installments.

And because of this mentality, most of the people fail to build serious wealth. Remember, Wealth is not your Income. Wealth is not what you spend but it is what you accumulate. A Real Wealthy person knows all these things since his/her early twenties and that’s why he/she focuses on accumulating assets/wealth out of his/her money.

And over the time, assets appreciate in its value and make these people wealthy & Financially Free.
