Wealth 101: Financial Literacy is the Key

Wealth 101: Financial Literacy is the Key

Financial Literacy is the key of becoming wealthy. Have you ever think that what rich & wealthy people teach their children that poor and middle class do not? Well, they teach their children lessons on basic financial literacy, how to preserve and accumulate wealth and how to manage money.

While Middle class people themselves don’t have any Financial Knowledge so they can’t teach anything about Money & Wealth to their children. And thus their children learn bad financial and money spending habits from their middle class parents. Their children learn from their parents that, how to maintain high status lifestyle in exchange of money. They don’t learn how to preserve and accumulate wealth.

If you have kids than teach them that, wealth is not the same as that of income. Teach them that, you can’t be wealthy by spending more but you can be wealthy by spending less, accumulating more and acquiring more assets out of your money.

Unfortunately, most of the people in this world believe in showing high status. They don’t believe in financial freedom and accumulating wealth. The reason is simple. Because they have never been informed or taught about how to become wealthy. While true rich and wealthy people know the science of becoming wealthy since years and generations and that’s why they pass on this knowledge to their children.

Remember that, Wealth is counted in the form of Assets and not the liabilities or high status symbols such as expensive cars and watches. The more Assets you have, the more wealthy you are. Luxurious cars and watches are depreciating items and can never make you rich and financially free. A newly bought car will loose more than 60% of its value in first 4 years from you buy while asset is something which will appreciate in its value over the time.

So accumulate more Assets in your life & Become True Wealthy….. Don’t believe in High Status Life style…!!!
