Wealth 101: Financial Freedom is more important than showing high status

This piece of advise is very important to those who believe in showing high status. I have studied the lifestyle of rich & wealthy people since years and I have observed that, For truly rich and wealthy people, Financial Freedom is more important than showing high status.

What most of the people do in their lives is, they give more importance to high status rather than financial freedom and that’s why they live in expensive homes and drive luxurious cars. But they fail to understand the fact that, they are trading their wealth & financial freedom in exchange of high status life.

And that’s why to maintain that high status life, they have to compromise with their wealth. Most of the time, true wealthy and rich people live in the neighborhoods of middle class people. While middle class people are spending their high income behind maintaining high status, wealthy people are accumulating their wealth. Because they know that, wealth has to be accumulated. You can’t be wealthy by spending more.

If you want to be rich & wealthy than you have to give more importance to financial freedom rather than high status. Most of the people in this world fail to accumulate sufficient wealth for their retirement and their off springs because they spend all of their hard earned money behind maintaining their high status life style. And thus they fail to accumulate wealth.

While a typical wealthy people have given the importance of financial freedom more than showing high status since years and that’s why they have accumulated more wealth than others…!!!
