Sensex at 16K Mark Once Again…

Finally after more than one and half years, Sensex has again touch 16K level. And Investors are happy now. But I don’t really understand one thing and that is people are now rushing to buy shares at this level hoping that, Sensex will touch 18K or 21K level soon.

But I want to ask here that, where were these people when the Sensex was trading at its all time low level of 8000?

Just few months back, it was an excellent time of starting stock market investment for any new investor. Because at the Sensex at level 8000, stocks of fundamentally strong companies were trading at discounted price.

In fact, all of the intelligent investors have bought tons of shares at the level of 8000 when people were running away from the stock market. 8000 level of Sensex was a discount in the stock market and it was the right time to enter the market. Investors who invested at that level just few months back have doubled their wealth in few months only (8K to 16K).

And now when the Sensex is at 16K level, people are rushing to buy shares. When there is a SALE in the super market or at Big Bazaar, people rush to buy grocery at cheap price but when there is a SALE in the stock market, people run away from that SALE. People do exactly reverse when it comes to stock market, means they buy high and sell low.

One of my friend was telling me few months back that, “Asav, This time the market is different and the world economy is also different this time. Today Sensex is 8000 level but it will go further down up to 6000 level and from that level, I will do bottom fishing. I will buy shares of fundamentally strong companies at 6000 level and make my fortune.”

But that day never came. Neither he nor I nor media channels nor any finance gurus of India were knowing that, 8000 level was the bottom of the Sensex. But yeah…. Intelligent investors knew only one thing and that was stocks were trading at discounted rate. A 100 rupee thing (Stock) was selling at 50 rupee and that was a 50% discount in the market and thus they filled their home (Portfolios) with discounted groceries (Stocks).

And today at 16K level, they have made fortunes…..!!!!!!!!!

So know when there is a SALE in the Stock Market & Rush at that time………Believe me, You will definitely make fortune out of that one SALE only in your life….
