How Come I am not Wealthy?

Many people ask this question to themselves. They think that, they are smart, hard working, highly educated and having high income but still why they are not rich and wealthy?

The reason is that, because these highly educated and high income people are not following the simple but basic rules of becoming wealth such as, self discipline, frugal life style and regular savings and investing. These people are smart and well educated but often they fail to adopt a wealthy life style.

Well, here “Wealthy Lifestyle” doesn’t mean living in expensive homes and driving expensive cars. Wealth has to be accumulated and you can’t be wealthy by spending more and more money. Wealthy life style means you have to live frugal, you have to spend less than you earn, you have to save and invest regularly and you have to acquire and accumulate assets out of your money all the time for years and decades.

Unfortunately, most of the people spend a lot whenever their pay scale rises. They spend more, take more debt and scratch their credit cards more whenever they get a pay raise. And that’s why they fail to build real wealth in their life. Remember, if you want to be wealthy than you have to acquire assets over the time regularly for years.

A Typical wealthy is one who owns many assets. And today the Passive Income from their assets is much much higher than their monthly expense and that’s why even if they stop working, they can live rest of their life without working hard for money. Most of the high earning people in this world can survive hardly 2-3 months without a paycheck. But because of Passive Income from the Assets, Wealthy people can live rest of their lives without working hard for money……

Asset is anything which appreciates in its value over the time and may provide you a regular income such as stocks, bonds, gold, real estate, art, paintings, web properties, blogs, forums, websites…etc… So start accumulating assets out of your money and believe me, you will become wealthy over the time.
