Rich Build Systems While Poor & Middle Class build Unions

If you want to become a Rich than you MUST understand the difference between Team, System & Union.

Most of the people in this world use all of the above 3 words interchangeably and that is the reason why they struggle financially.

So let us understand in this article that, Why Rich Build Systems while poor and Middle class build Unions…..!!!

- Union – While people of the same skill get together, they form a Union. Say for Example, Employees Union, Workers Union, Doctors Union…etc… Middle Class people love to make Unions because they feel better in the crowd. While Rich don’t love to make Unions because they know how to make their money work for them.

Let me tell you the Incidence of Doctors Union in 2009. In 2009, Resident Doctors of Gujarat city get together and made a Union for pay rise. And they started a strike against Government System. This is the Example of Union.

- System – A System is something which is pre-formed “On-Paper” in which people work. The Best Examples are Government System, McDonalds, Google, Reliance, TATA & Microsoft Systems. Government is a System. Businesses are Systems.

The Best Example of owning a System (Government or Businesses) is that, you don’t have to work hard to make money but your System works for you. And if someone leaves the system, another employee will come and take that position in the system. But the System will never stop working weather you work, not work or die….!!!

Rich people concentrate on building Systems rather than Union since their early life and this is the reason why they are Rich today. Those who are Rich today have typically developed Systems since their early life and that’s why they are rich today.

- Team – When the people of different skills get together, they form a Team. Unlike Unions, Teams are group of people having different skills. Say for Example – Cricket Team. We don’t call it Cricket Union because Cricket Team has spinners, bowlers, batsmen & Wicket keepers. And that’s why they form a Team.

We say MANAGEMENT TEAM because it has a group of MBAs, Corporate Lawyers, Financial Advisors, Chartered Accountants and Directors…. We don’t call it Management Union.

Rich people always develop Systems first and than develop teams to run those systems effectively. While Middle class and poor people are busy in building Unions and fight against the systems (Government or Businesses), Rich are busy with developing Successful Systems & Teams.

So if you want to be Rich and Financially Free in the future than start building Systems & Teams. Never focus your time, money and energy behind developing Unions. Because Unions are ultimately will be crushed by Systems & Teams….!!!!
