Well, there are basically 2 ways by which you can transfer your money from your Savings to Demat Account.

01) Online &
02) Offline

In Online method, you have to Link your Savings Account with the Demat Account. This is the One time procedure and your Bank Personnel do it for you FREE. For this, the first time you receive your User ID & password for online trading account, you have to ask your bank to link your Savings account with Demat account. Once you do this, You can simply log in to your Online Demat Account & Go to “Modify Demat Allocation” Section and transfer money from Savings to Demat account with few clicks only….

In Offline method, you have to write a cheque in favour of your Demat Account from your Savings account and than you have to Submit this cheque to your Broker. Your Broker will transfer money from your Savings to Demat Account via Cheque transfer. This process will take 24 hours.
