Cashflow Quadrant is the Continuation of The New York Times Best Selling Book “Rich Dad Poor Dad”. If you enjoyed reading RDPD (Rich Dad Poor Dad) than this is a Must Book for you.
Book Review: Cashflow Quadrant -
The Book is a collection of advises rather than a story. The Book goes like various financial advises that Robert’s Rich Dad taught him when he was in School.
According to Robert’s Rich Dad, in our world, there are mainly 4 types of People.
E – You have a Job (Employee)
S – You Own a Job (Self-Employee)
B – You own a System (Business Owner)
I – Money works for you (Investor)
According to Robert, School will teach you to be Successful E & S While the Street will teach you to be B & I. Rich people are those who operate the game of Money from the Right side of the quadrant (B-I Quadrants) While poor & Middle class operate it from left side (E-S Quadrants).
Rich operate the game of Money from right side because the Tax laws for that side of people are different. So someone who makes lots of money on right side of the Cashflow Quadrant will have more and more free time as his wealth increases while someone who operates from the left side of the quadrant may have a great Income (From their Jobs or Professions) but more their Income grows the less time they will have to spend with their family and enjoy the life. While right side of people own Businesses & Investments so they will have more & more time when their wealth grows.
This whole Book is around this central core ideas. This Book is about changing the mindset.
