As all of you know that I am doing my post graduate course in MS – Ophthalmology (Eye Surgery) at D.Y. Patil University, Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. Today I met one of my Junior who has just finished his Final MBBS and doing his internship over here.

Today my junior is making $ 400-500 per month profit (I am saying profit, not the Revenue) by flipping Blogs on e-Bay and Digital Point Forum. What actually he does is, He buys a Domain name & webhosting, choose a Broad Niche & than post 20-30 posts in that Blog, Monetize it and than sell for higher profit. His Initial investment in any blog is around US $ 20-30 and after that he sells this blog for around US $ 100-200.
He do this 4-5 times a month and makes US $ 400-500 per Month. And that is Rs.20,000-25,000 profit in a month only. I know that in countries like India this sounds crazy or never heard before. But let me tell you that Blog Flipping is a new Business Opportunity and there is a huge market potential in this space.
Developing a Blog and monetizing it for search engine is a tiresome work so Companies & Professional Bloggers buy already established blogs for few hundred dollars rather than building it from Scratch. Flipping a Blog for profit is exactly same like flipping a Property (House) or Stocks. A Real Estate Flipper buys a property at low price, fix it, optimize it for a new buyer and sell within 3-6 months for US $ 20-50K Profit. Blog Flipping is exactly the same concept.
Here either you buy an already established blog, change its template, monetize it for search engines and sell it for higher profits or you make it from Scratch and sell it.
This is the power of the Information Age & Internet. After the birth of the Internet, more and more millionaires born and will be born. There are so many Business opportunities in the Internet that young kids who are in their twenties are making literally hundreds of thousands of money from it.
Someone who is 45 years of age is making hundreds of thousands of dollars by doing a job at high post at some corporation while in the Information age, A High School going kid may make more than this much amount of money in his early twenties.
